November has this quiet, complicated beauty about it. It’s love wrapped in memory, joy tangled with grief. The air feels softer, the world slows down, and I finally have space to breathe, but that breathing doesn’t always come easy.
This year, brutal honesty hit close to home. My medical issues forced me to accept something I didn’t want to: I’ll never do hands-on healing again. My Reiki table sits quietly in the corner, and I can’t bring myself to let it go. It’s more than furniture. It’s a piece of who I was.
But here’s the thing: I’m still a healer. Just in a different way. The energy that once flowed through my hands now flows through my words, my products, and the space I hold for others. My work evolved, not disappeared. The hardest part has been accepting that evolution without bitterness.
November, for me, is a mirror. It shows me where I’ve grown and where I’m still tender. And this month? It’s asking all of us to look closely, not to criticize, but to finally see ourselves clearly.
The Heart of the Month

This November carries a specific kind of energy, one that asks you to slow down, tune in, and trust what your gut has been whispering. You don’t need to understand astrology or numerology to feel it. You just need to be willing to listen.
The first half of the month sits under Scorpio’s watchful eye, and it doesn’t mess around. Scorpio energy demands honesty, not the kind you post online, but the kind that makes your stomach twist a little. It’s that quiet conversation with yourself about what you’re afraid of and what you’ve been avoiding.
What are you actually afraid of right now?
For me, it’s fear of not being enough. Fear of losing more. Fear of standing still. Fear has a way of freezing me mid-step, convincing me to stop before I even begin. But lately, I’ve learned something: fear doesn’t always need to be conquered. It just needs to be seen. When I name it, it loses power.
Some days I write my fears on paper and throw them away. There’s something powerful about that small act, like my brain gets the message that I’ve handled it, even if I haven’t fully unpacked it yet.
And when the chaos starts spinning, that hamster wheel feeling, I stop. I breathe. Sometimes that’s enough. When my mind tries to drag me into the pit of “what ifs,” I use my word: pivot. That’s my reminder that change doesn’t mean failure. It just means movement.
The Pivot and the Pain
Focusing on what’s gone keeps me stuck in the rearview mirror. But life keeps moving forward whether I want it to or not. So I pivot. I look at what’s here, not just what’s missing.
Gratitude is not denial. It’s perspective.
That’s been my mantra when the grief gets loud. When I look at my Reiki table and feel the ache of what I lost, I also look at the work I’m doing now. The connections I’m making. The people I’m still reaching. It’s different, but it’s not less.
If you’re in a season of loss or transition, give yourself permission to grieve and grow at the same time. You don’t have to choose one or the other.

Sagittarius Season: Light Returns

When Sagittarius season arrives on November 21st, it’s like opening the windows after a long storm. The air feels lighter. There’s laughter again. That heavy introspection starts to lift, replaced with a spark of hope and curiosity.
This is the universe’s way of reminding us that joy isn’t gone. It was just waiting for us to clear space for it. You’ve done the hard work. Now it’s time to look up.
Sagittarius energy encourages expansion, learning, and growth. It’s about remembering that no matter how deep you’ve gone into the shadows, there’s still a world of light waiting to meet you.
The 11/11 Portal
November 11th is one of the most powerful energy days of the year, a mirror reflecting your inner world back to you. But here’s the thing: the magic isn’t in how many wishes you make. It’s in how much presence you bring to them.
Don’t overwhelm yourself with 100 goals. Choose one or two things that matter most.
Try this on 11/11:
Find 11 minutes of quiet. I know, I know, but try. Write down one fear you’re ready to release. Write down one thing you want to call in. Burn the fear. Keep the intention somewhere you’ll see it.
That’s it. Clarity always beats chaos.

Full Moon in Taurus: November 15, 2025

The Full Moon on November 15th lands in steady, earthy Taurus. After weeks of Scorpio’s emotional digging, this moon brings a soft grounding energy that helps you exhale.
What does grounding actually look like?
It’s not some mystical concept. It’s choosing to make your coffee slowly instead of rushing. It’s putting your phone down and feeling the texture of your blanket. It’s eating something that makes you feel nourished, not just full.
Taurus energy is sensual and steady. It asks you to reconnect with your body and find stability in what’s real, not what’s spinning in your head. This moon is deeply connected to gratitude and self-worth, two themes that echo throughout this entire month.
If you’ve been wrestling with fears or insecurities, this moon encourages you to release them. Write down what you’ve outgrown, then do something simple that brings you comfort.
Healing doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it’s just choosing calm.
I’ll be sharing a full release ritual for this moon in my Full Moon post. Make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss it.

Think of it as your cosmic reset button. You’ve faced your fears, done your shadow work, and now it’s time to plant seeds for what’s next. Don’t overthink it. Let your goals come from excitement, not obligation.
This new moon energy says: “You’ve done enough purging. Now let yourself dream again.”

Gratitude, Grounding, and Growth
November teaches balance, the dance between honoring what was and embracing what is. It asks us to stop looking everywhere else for answers and start looking inward.
You already have what you need. Truly. You just have to be quiet long enough to find it.
So breathe. Write it down. Burn it. Toss it. Cry about it if you need to. But get it out of your body and back into the earth.
This month isn’t asking you to be perfect. It’s asking you to be present. Thanksgiving will come with its mix of gratitude and grief. Let both exist. Don’t try to polish away the hard parts to make someone else comfortable. The people who matter will understand that you can be thankful and tender at the same time.

Work With November’s Energy
Questions to ask yourself this month:
What fears are keeping me from moving forward right now?
How can I honor what I’ve lost without letting it define me?
Where do I feel called to pivot instead of pause?
What am I grateful for that I’ve been overlooking?
What new adventure or dream is calling me as the month closes?
Small practices that make a difference:
Start a daily gratitude list. Just three things. They can be tiny: warm socks, a good song, the way your pet looked at you this morning.
When anxiety hits, plant your feet on the ground and feel them. Say out loud: “I am here. I am safe. I am enough.”
Set a timer for 5 minutes and write without stopping. Let whatever needs to come out, come out. You don’t have to read it again. You don’t have to make it make sense. Just let it move through you.
One thing to remember:
You don’t have to do all of this. You don’t have to participate in every ritual, answer every question, or show up perfectly. November’s energy will meet you exactly where you are. All you have to do is be willing to look in the mirror and see yourself clearly.
Not to criticize. Not to fix. Just to see.
That’s where the pivot happens. That’s where the light gets in.
